Typically, your vacation doesn’t start at the arrival of your vacation rental or final destination.   It starts after you’ve arrived, put down your bags, and then go out for your groceries, drinks, and any other items you need for your stay.  That can take hours once you factor in researching where to go, making numerous stops, arriving back to your rental, and then stocking up.  It can take even longer if you don’t have access to a vehicle.

At Previde, we believe that your vacation should start the minute you arrive at your short-term rental (STR), long term rental, or even your corporate housing.  That means having your place stocked with all your favourite food items, beverages, and anything else you need for a great stay.  We do this by partnering with short-term rental hosts, property owners and property managers to stock your rental before you arrive.

Competition is fiercer than ever for short-term rentals (STRs), individual bookings are down 22% in some major markets, and the average occupancy rate for a short-term rental sits at ~66%.
